A Rice Destoner is a machine which removes stones, sand and clods from grains. Such as rice, paddy and beans. It works with the principle of vibrating an inclined sheet at a specific angle making the heavier particles move upward by giving a negative pressure from above. The suction mechanism removes dust and lightweight unwanted particles.
Fine Height Adjustable provision is given for manual quality control.
The machine is built with a closed chamber where air enters only through the bottom of the sieves

Using what principle do Paddy Destoner work?
The principle used in this destoner is Differential Surface Gravity. This is achieved by using a negative pressure blower (suction Blower) which elevates the paddy to a certain level where the vibration pattern makes the in-contact-particle move forward.
Will paddy destoner throw out husk through suction blower?
Yes, since the husk is relatively so light and thin it is sucked through the blower. Mostly the amount of husk sucked is high in boiled or double boiled rice, hence keeping cyclone is most preferred
Why does a paddy destoner require a large suction blower compared to other important machines?
Due to its large surface area and to achieve the required differential surface gravity, such high- powered blowers are a must for best performance.
