Sheller is a machine with a compact structure with high efficiency by removing the husk layer which is present on the rice. It works with the concept of Rubber-Grain- Rubber frictional contact, successfully removing the husk without much damage to the grain.
Using high quality rubbers for extra performance and extended life time.
Inbuilt blower is used to remove the unwanted flying husk and fine dust.
Even flow of paddy is must for best result and long rubber life.
Pneumatically adjustable cylinders are used to maintain precise distance between 2 rubber rollers.
